Our second age statement Bill Phil is the fourth cask-strength in the series and the first to have a rum cask influence. The rum cask introduces baking spice, molasses and tropical fruit to the existing orchard and citrus fruit flavours that Bill Phil is known for, creating a wonderful Jamaican-influenced smoky single malt.
